Motivated
Motivations is the Key
Want to be a sales "winner?" Try
selling with a purpose! Your ability to sell
successfully is directly proportional to how
motivated you are about selling. Being motivated
about sales means choosing
to do those activities that
result in a sale. Motivated salespeople keep
working through all of the "unsavory"
activities, such as cold calling and writing
endless thank you notes because they have
faith in themselves and in their
ability to help clients achieve the level of
success they are looking
for.
Your ability to motivate yourself
directly correlates to your belief system. There
are three core
beliefs that can help you to stay
motivated:
1. I am confident. Believe in
yourself and you can see challenges as speed
bumps instead of
roadblocks.
2. I am committed. Believing way
down deep to your core that you are a success,
and then guess
what? You are RIGHT!
3. I am in control. You may not
be able to control what happens to you in life,
but you can
surely control how you react to
what happens! Dont STOP doing what it takes to
be successful!
Practice these core beliefs
regularly. Add them to your daily affirmations.
